Everything, good air conditioning and lovely comfortable rooms

The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. She explained everything in detail, offered dinner service even when we got there very late at night, and explained how to get to Las Medusas and other places in the area.

Good continental style breakfast. Lovely location near the Mirador de Orellan. A short drive to Las Medulas for the valley walk. Or you can walk from the hotel, a longer hike. Isabel is so helpful and friendly. The evening meal was delicious, highly recommended.

The place is run by a huge personality, Sra Isabel, who takes care about everything, and has even painted the room walls using beautiful motifs. The bar is nice and the restaurant outstanding. Also the rooms are nice and warm. And there is really a lot to do in the area. A warm recommendation to Senõra Isabel and O Pelleiro do Pe do Forno ❣️

“A lovely place to spend the night”

Lovely hotel with a friendly host. We had a comfy night and enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant. The building itself has been nicely renovated but you can see the history everywhere. Only a few minutes drive to the carpark for the viewpoint over the Roman mines. It would have been nice to have some tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but as it’s a one second walk to the restaurant next door where you can get a hot drink this was not a huge deal for us.

“THE place to stay when visiting Las Médulas”

O Palleiro do Pe do Forno is located at walking distance to the best viewpoint of the Las Médulas. Isa, our host went out of her way to let us feel welcome and provide tips about what to see and in what sequence. The room was comfortable and our dinner delicious, all for a very good price.

Owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Let me check in earlier than normal.
