“Bad experience!”
When we check out they asked did we use the room buffet. We said No. We payed, check out and after, they run after us ! They blamed that we lied that we used from buffet coca cola, fanta chocolate etc. I said it must be miskate but they keep insisting to pay. I refuse because that was a lie, and finally they realize it was their mistake! They apologize but it was to big humiliatian to accuse us for lying! Never ever again in Ramada Ordu. The other negative thing is location! The cemetery in front of the hotel. Not pleasant view

The hotel is new, clean, and quiet. The staff is very helpful, as we missed the flight time when returning from Ordu to Istanbul. The administration staff helped us to contact Turkish Airlines and booked us, thank God, from the center call on the same day. The breakfast is good, the breakfast place is clean, and the people in charge of the breakfast are very cheerful.

staff was so friendly restaurant on top floor is great you can view whole city facilities are perfect
