“Friendly staff and a comfortable stay in a safe and quiet area”

Friendly staff, helpful with the local attractions. I got a free upgrade to a bigger room because the standard ones were all booked. The hostel itself is pretty standard but quiet and in a safe neighbourhood.

We had an amazing stay in Hotel Sunset. Aniket, his family and all the team were really kind and helpful. The view on the temples every morning with breakfast is something we will hardly forget. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the hotel is well located within the city. Orchha is a beautiful place, and this hotel makes it even better!

Really good value for money. Kind and friendly staff. The manager speaks excellent English and is extremely helpful. Obviously a backpackers hotel but my room was clean and bright with a great view

Everything we needed was close by. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. The staff were always happy to help or bring you a cup of Chai or coffee.

The hostel feels very welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Aniket, who really helped us with organizing transports and activities and even arranged a last-minute bed for us when we arrived in the night unannounced. His support made our stay much smoother and stress-free.

“Best place to stay in Orchha”

Cozy and clean hostel right in the middle of beautiful Orchha, five minutes walk from the fort and ten from the Laxmi temple. Room on upper floor was spacious, bed comfortable, bathroom clean and in good working condition. The view from the common aerea was magnificient, with both fort and temple visible. Staff is super nice and helpful.

I loved my stay in Orccha, I didn't want to leave because I liked this hotel so much. The owner was really friendly and let my friend and I upgrade from the dorm to an AC room with twin beds for a great price. The food was great and the location is halfway between the most important monuments, about 10 minutes walking to either. Thank you!

This has been such a lovely stay at the Sunset- people are so warm - I felt so welcome - the room was super clean, the (sunrise ) view is stunning and everything is in walking distance - many thanks !

We were upgraded (for a small extra cost) to the room with a view of the palace - it was simply stunning and so nice to wake up to. The hostel was clean and central, but tucked away on a lane off the main road. The breakfast was cooked fresh and delicious. Recommend to book, especially the room with a view!
