“All rooms toilets require refurbishing.”
Swinging pool toilet and shower were in horrible condition with urin small. Shower pressure was not right, water was too hot not able to maintain the temperature. All rooms bathrooms require maintenance. Reception bathroom requires refurbishing.

Very foul smell in some rooms.hotel staff took lot of time to fix the issue. Leakage from wash basin another issue. Ceiling lights also require regular check up.

Stayed in room no. 104, have pest 🪳, no bathroom amenities, Most disappointing was your website has mentioned spa facilities but it wasn't available when we arrived there. The pool was also not cleaned.

Rooms where not clean they are using used Lilien’s they give the property for parties hence they have no concern with their guest
