Beautiful setting on the river. Tables set out for breakfast by the River- very well done. Room was lovely - again great view (upstairs). Staff were helpful and looked after us.

Lovely location; breakfast by the river was marvellous!; helpful staff; comfortable room. We ate there twice and the food was excellent both times. There were wild peacocks wandering around the gardens and flying over the river!

The location is Superb . The Betwa river adding charm to this property. The room architecture is exceptional. One suggestion to the property owner as this property belongs to Royal family (Raja family) - Could the Royal people take any initiative to maintain cleanness in Orchha , as entire Orchha is full of garbage.

Staff was very nice and of good help. They made delicious parathas for breakfast 👌 The room was beautiful, colonial style, and had a great view. Everything was clean and the AC worked perfectly.

This is a hidden gem, located on the banks of the river Betwa. The house is very tastefully decorated and the rooms are spacious and comfy. Although we arrived late, we could enjoy a hearty dinner of dal and rice with some salad and chapatis. The vegetables are organically grown on this 4-acre farm. We highly recommend this place. You can combine a visit to Ochhra with the peaceful environment on the river bank.

Beautiful site, beautiful riverside

The place is a little outside the centre of Orchha and the room itself is very spacious and together with the en-suite, is tastefully decorated. It is also nice to be able to stroll down to the river to walk amongst the rocks and boulders.

Absolutely wonderful location with river views. Peaceful and quiet. Not far from the centre. Welcoming staff who were so helpful. We had the river view rooms which are worth the extra.
