We picked the larger room option with a kitchen, it was perfect, spacious, clean and Tomasso - the manager - was exceptionally friendly, kind and understanding. Very easy to reach the best beaches, Tomasso gave all the support & guidance what we needed. We had a car, so it was easy for us, but also you can rent a bike. We saw the smaller rooms as well, they also looked very good. Recommended, We will return. Thank you Tomasso!

“Great guesthouse and friendly host!”
The house is very nicely decorated and located in the center of Orbetello. We had everything we needed + Tommaso was a great host and shared a bunch of recommendations for breakfast, drinks and meals in the area. He also shared very useful tips on which beaches to go to. 100% recommend!

We stayed only for one night but it was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, no noise at all. The bathroom was nice. We received great recommendations for restaurants and bars, places worth to visit. We were happy and pleased with our stay.

“Perfect”
Excellent 1 bedroom suite! Loved everything about the apartment, it was clean, beautiful, excellent location! Loved the bathroom (shower is powerful!) and bedroom, there was aircon, the kitchenette was super helpful! Spacious with such a lovely feel to the apartment. Tomasso was super helpful and lovely, very responsive to our queries and even arranged for a taxi to take us to the train station. Would absolutely come back here again!
