“Warm, beautiful, rural location with great food and welcoming kind family”
It is in a beautiful location in the country but yet 10 km or so from the train station. The breakfast was great, all the choices were homemade and delicious cakes and super quality. The family were so kind and friendly and our host went very much out of his way to collect and also leave us to the station. Very much appreciated .

“Wonderful.”
The building is in a beautiful place in the Maremma countryside. The location is perfect for reaching almost all surrounding beaches by car or even (for some of them) by bicycle. At the same time, the place is tranquil and relaxing, far from the noise of crowdy places like Orbetello. Moreover, in the evening, the temperature always cools down, allowing you to sleep with open windows and without AC to enjoy the beauty of the countryside. The owners and the staff are lovely. Barbara and Benedetta will welcome you every morning for breakfast with a smile and a massive variety of handmade cackes, cookies, and local products (chees, ham, fruit, etc.). They are always very friendly, helping customers find and place reservations for local restaurants or attractions. Andrea takes care of the facility and is always ready to solve any problem. If you have an electric car, they also installed a new power plug where you can recharge your vehicle. If you plan to visit the area, it is definitely a top location.

“Relax at a perfect place”
Wonderful, idyllic, quiet place. Very nice hosts, best breakfast. All touristic spots are easy to reach. Spent relaxing hours at the great pool. We are sure to come back.
