Not a buffet-style breakfast. YOu have to order and wait. If you are unlucky you have to wait some ten minutes.

Nicely refurbished room and bathroom with a small convenient fridge in the room itself. Clean and pleasant. In the hallway on the 2nd floor there is coffee machine, water machine, icemaker and microwave, workplace plus pleasant balcony to sit out. Loved the room we had and the price was worth it. Definite worth it for 4days with breakfast included. Nice, friendly and welcoming staff from the reception, with delicious breakfast and attentive room service. If/when I'll return to Aruba again. I will choose/consider this hotel above any of the luxury ones at Eagle or Palm beach.

The included breakfast was exceptional, maybe the outstanding feature for us. Service from staff was very friendly and prompt. Great location, all downtown locations within walking distance.

Love the location of this hotel, fully renovated building, room with aircon and fridge, the food at the restaurant was excellent. 10 min walking distance to the beach, Renaissance mall, Easy parking. The most valuable is the staff. Hanna, the receptionist, and Jairo, the manager, were always willing to help. Free water and coffee station at the terrace.

I was extremely disappointed that on both days of my stay that the delivery of breakfast after I ordered it was in excess of 45 minutes.

Staff members were pleasant. I was fine but woke up feeling very ill having just flown into Aruba, there was no window to open. Exhausted from a 12 hour flight I really tried to make do with the room but woke up like four times feeling unwell. It took nearly 2 hours and calls to this platform for the staff to finally move me to another room . I was told I would receive a refund for my nights stay and I have not recieved anything. I’ve messaged and nothing.

Breakfast was good...there is nothing to dislike ...my stay was well spent at victoria city..excellence servie...thank you to all the staff, that make it welcoming for the guest.
