“Wonderful place to stay for those appreciating uniqueness and natural surroundings”

This is a great place outside the most touristic areas for anyone wanting something more than a standard resort/hotel room; the surrounding nature with lizards and birds, and a more friendly vibe, makes it a relaxing and more personal place to stay. We enjoyed it a lot - thanks to the hostess/-es and fellow guests and comforts offered. The breakfast basket content (different every day of the week) was both tasty and satisfactory, the rooms and chalets ('wagons') were unique in style and comfort. We found many spaces within the gated area in which to sit and read books, enjoy conversations with fellow travelers or alone enjoying the hummingbirds and other creatures like the pet cat and dogs living there. Several parking spaces for rental cars which is probably the most convenient, but then remember to rent a 4x4 jeep if wanting to go to some of the spectacular sights on the northern coast or in the Arikok national park e.g., Conchi natural pool - highly recommended. We however went by taxi/bus/foot/guided tour jeep safaris which worked fine with us, but may require more planning but includes local know-how (guided trips). There's an approximately 10 minutes walk to the closest bus stop, note the bus table; only one bus an hour towards Oranjestad as an example. You may access local sights on foot nearby as well, e.g., the Spanish lagoon. Don't forget to do some snorkeling whatever else you plan for; there's a great 'channel' with lots of fish variations towards Baby Beach as an example.

Willeke and Joy were fabulous hosts, willing to help with anything and everything we needed. They made us feel like we were part of a happy Mammaloe family right from the beginning. The property is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. We stayed in the bohemian gypsy wagon, it was a very comfy and unique experience. The decore was whimsical and intriguing. We just loved the entire property, it has a relaxing, cozy vibe, you feel like you're staying with family. Thank you for everything Willeke and Joy/family, please say hi to Eddie for us.😻

The colours, the spaciousness and the staff. Breakfast is delivered at the patio and there is many areas where you can sit and meet other guests. Also the pool was very clean and perfect for the hot weather. The staff are really nice and really kind. Social and easy going.

Everything is so beautiful and has such character and thought put into it, you enter into a beautiful other world here! The host is so lovely and goes the extra mile to make everything perfect for you. The daily breakfast options are AMAZING and the best I’ve ever seen from a place to stay

The property was really colorful. Every accomodation has its unique color and theme. (Especially how they named the rooms). The vibe is really calm which made me enjoy much more the accommodation. A VERY SPECIAL, PEACEFUL & CHARMING PLACE IN ARUBA.

Our stay at this guesthouse was truly unique! The hostess was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. She gave us great tips on the best places to visit, which made our trip even more special. Every morning, she brought us breakfast right on time in a beautiful basket—a lovely touch that made us feel taken care of. The guesthouse itself had a very special vibe, resembling a trailer park in the best way possible. It was charming, different, and full of character. If you’re looking for something out of the ordinary with a warm and personal touch, this is the place to be!

This property is very charming, the room was clean and as advertised. One of the most unique stays I have had while in Aruba. The hostess Ms. Willeke, even made us breakfasts to go since we had an early flight. Her attentiveness an friendliness made me feel right at home and I really felt a sense of tranquility while I stayed at this property. I enjoyed my stay very much, I will definitely stay here again when visiting Aruba.

Very friendly & welcoming people from owner & manager to other guests. Nothing was too much trouble eg supplying a brighter light bulb in a lamp for reading. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the whole place is quirky & feels tropical.
