The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great, which made it easy to sleep well. The location is excellent—set on a quiet street but still very convenient, with the beach just a few minutes’ walk away and shops about 10 minutes away. There are also nice cafés and restaurants nearby. The apartment is well set up with everything you need, including a cooler, beach umbrella, and beach towels available on request. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, kettle, and hob, making it easy to self-cater. The host was lovely, always smiling and welcoming. Apartment #3 is tucked away at the back, making it especially private and quiet while still being close to the social area. There’s an outdoor table and chairs inside the room, plus an additional shaded communal space with seating and a BBQ. Even though you could hear neighbors at times, they were very friendly, which added to the relaxed atmosphere.

What we loved the most was the location — just a few minutes’ walk to the store and nearby restaurants. A beautiful and very interesting area in downtown Oranjestad, yet away from the hotel crowds and noise! Overall, we had a really wonderful time there, and the owner was very kind and welcoming to us. There is also a stunning green patio where you can admire hummingbirds. The value of money was also very good.

The location is great if you don't have a car, The closest beach is less than a 10-min walk (Governor's Beach). You can also walk to Surfside Beach. You can easily walk to downtown where you can catch a bus to go to Eagle Beach, Palm Beach or Arashi Beach (10A or 10B). There is also a supermarket not too far, a Dutch café, and a few restaurants nearby.

“Wonderful stay in Aruba”

Jonny was the perfect host- very helpful and kind! The accommodation was a small house with AC bedroom , separate kitchen with all you need if you decide to cook, , a sofa and a eating corner with a big table , bathroom and WC .It is in his back yard, in a garden with few other houses and a sitting place , if you want to eat outside or to have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. It is 10 min walk from Oranjestad main street and from the marina with many restaurants and bars. You can reach best beaches by public bus from main bus station , also 10 min walk.

The host Johnny was great and very helpful. We loved the outdoor area, very lush with a variety of plants and lots of birds. If we come back to Aruba we will definitely stay there again. Good value for $$

“Good place if you don't mind cold showers”

The room was very clean and well-equipped with all the necessities you'd need (bars of soap, towels, kitchenware, kettle, microwave, etc.). I really enjoyed the semi-private patio area my corner room provided - the landscaping / flowers are lovely. The WiFi was fast and reliable and the property felt safe. It was convenient to walk into Oranjestad and to a nearby supermarket and small beach.

Everything was very clean, including the spotless bathroom. Located in a quiet residential street. Johnny was friendly and made himself available. The room is comfortable, the kitchen is complete. Really exceeded our expectations,

The apartment itself is clean and modern, and its location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, depending on your pace. It’s also very close to bars, restaurants, piers, and shopping, with supermarkets within easy walking distance. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return again.
