Location, big apartment, free parkering. Nice colors. Clean in side the apartment. Inside of the apartment was very nice, nice shower, kitchen. It has all the things you need. Nice with two AC, one in the bedroom an one in the livingroom

Located in a more “local” area, this apartment offers good value for money compared to other offerings on the island. The apartments are big, and well equipped including with good AC. I recommend having a car to get around the island - but I’d recommend that wherever you stay. The flat is close to one of the nicer beaches in and around Oranjestad, with some bars and restaurants and good opportunities for plane spotting ! Overall, if you’re looking to save something on your accommodation you won’t go wrong with this place. Staff are nice, helpful and responsive. The flat was clean. So it’s good value for money!

The place was clean, comfortable and nice. The keys and instructions were easy to follow. There were no staff available though.

This place works great for us! Comfy beds, hot showers, and a private garden area to sit and relax. This was actually our second stay at the property and plan to return next year. We recommend renting a car to make getting around the island much easier. John (the manager), and Shelly (housekeeping) are VERY friendly and helpful. Rose was also helpful, but we did not get to meet her in person. We had an issue with the A/C in our room and a solution was promptly provided. And try Coco's just across the street! Really great food and people!

Location is about 20 min walk from the centrum of Oranjestad and about 7 min to the beach. Close to the airport but a quiet location. Nice little pool.
