The facade is nice and the facilities look new, but it seems the condominium is not functioning properly.

Breakfast surprisingly very good. Beds good. Bath good. Super compared to an adjacent motel we stayed at a few months ago.

The facility was clean and rooms nice Most of the staff was friendly....everytime we walked past them they greeted us.

Excellent facilities. Still a fairly new property, only about 3 years old. Great staff, very accommodating. I was pulling a 7x16 concession trailer and had difficulty finding parking since other trucks and trailers were taking up 4 spaces each. I asked permission and was allowed to park along the curb right outside the front door. Hospitality at its finest. Thank you Springhill Suites Orangeburg.

New, modern and smelled great! Breakfast was tasty with good selection. Indoor heated pool was clean and very warm. Nice fitness center. Room was large and clean. Large flatscreen tv. Big walk in closet! Easy access off highway.

Me my husband and 2 kids stayed 1night we were in town for a college tour. We had a nice and spacious room. We only got one room. The room comes with two queen beds, and a sofa bed one bathroom that is very spacious and it had a little desk with the sitting area which was still in enough room for my family I have a 17-year-old and a 13-year-old, and we had enough room ,a neutral location you are surrounded by food, and other things not too far from the colleges and right off the main highway.

Stayed here multiple times and always meets expectations. Breakfast had a nice variety, friendly staff, clean rooms.

Weirdly laid out room and very bad "free breakfast" The advertised "free breakfast" is likely the worst we have ever seen. - No attendant to be seen when we arrived. Had to go to check in desk to report. - When the attendant arrived I wanted to ask several questions but she ignored me and pretended that she could not hear me until I spoke to her three times. Even then she was very unfriendly. - Dry cereal provided but no milk was available - Muffins provided but no microwave or other way to heat - English muffins provided but no working toaster. Told that they had no way to plug in the available one on the counter. - Two of the three "hot breakfast" heaters were empty. The third only contained convenience store type plastic wrapped "waffles" The room was just weird. - No general room lights provided - The TV was located where it could not be watched in the sitting area or lying in bed. - No conveniently located power outlets.
