“Somewhat enjoyable, but disappointing”
Excellent proximity to town centre, made all the better by The RSL Club which made the Mercure. Sorry but without the Club, it rates poorly. As a long time Accor member it was disappointing!!

“Urine smell in room, would not stay again”
The room literally smelled like urine. The smell was coming from the bathroom. It smelled like this as soon as I first entered the room. It was so strong and so bad that I had to keep the bathroom door closed as the smell would fill the whole room.

Spacious room. Big comfy bed. Beautiful bathroom. Lift access to upper floors. Adjacent to the Ex Services Club which offers quality food and beverages. Plenty of parking.
