EVERYTHING was perfect! The house is stunning, the beds are so comfortable and the shower was great. The kitchen had everything we needed to whip up a meal. It is only a very short walk to the centre of beautiful Orange. Plenty of great grocery options if you want to self cater, and an abundance of cafes, pubs and restaurants. Just a short drive to many amazing wineries. A perfect spot!!! When we arrived the overnight temp was set to be 0 and the air conditioning wasn’t working which sent a little bit of panic through our group, given it was 6pm. My message was answered immediately with a phone call, and 30 minutes later a service tech arrived and cheerfully rectified the issue whilst we walked over the road to the warm and cosy pub for some delicious Thai. I will definitely stay here if and when I return to Orange.

Beautifully kept federation house - immaculate presentation - large airy rooms and super comfy beds. Kitchen was well set up with lots of dinner/glass ware. Location was excellent- a couple of minutes walk and you were close to everything- shopping/cafes/pubs/restaurants

Drivehedges need to be trimmed. Very tight to garage

Beautiful period property, in wonderful condition. Location was perfect,close to the town centre. Loved having dinner in the formal dining room. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated, and the beds were really comfortable. Already planning our next trip to Orange,and staying in this lovely house again.

Location, location, location! Best location in Orange - walk to everything! Quiet at night. Great parking for 2 cars. House was spotless! Two lounge areas, full kitchen and utensils, lovely bedrooms... beautiful experience.

This home is exceptional and perfect for 3 couples. Bedrooms in fact the whole house is beautifully furnished. Beds very comfortable. Air-conditioning and ample parking. 3 bathrooms (one has a separate toilet) and another toilet in the laundry. Spacious, well located and quiet. I can't fault in any way.

It was so well set uo. Beautiful furniture and finishings in keeping with the character of the house. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms with large lounge area gave us all space and comfort Lots of parking area at the back of the house for three vehicles.
