Despite many attempts to communicate with them, it was impossible, they cancelled my reservation a few hours before arriving to Oran leaving me with a few options, would not recommend

Excellent location: near tram station Houha Tlemcen (2 stops from 1.11. Square) - 5 min walk and lower station of the funicular for Jebel Murdjadjo - 15 min walk. Very clean. Towels are changed every day. Copious breakfast included (mostly sweet fare). Very kind staff. They were able to find the car with the driver for a whole day excursion to Tlemcen at a very reasonable price. Big parking lot. WiFi OK (but switched off between midnight and 7 AM).

There was no functioning internet on the second floor. I reported this several times and nothing was done about it. I even told them it was simply a case of resetting the modem in the corridor but still nothing was done.

Good and centrally located mid-range hotel in Oran, beautiful spacious lobby, spacious room (301), marble floor, pretty and elegant decor, comfortable bed, refrigerator, large bathroom with shower, decent breakfast; good but unfortunately hardly frequented restaurant

Everything was amazing, but the amability of the people working there was on a whole another level. I am 100% sure that this hotel has the frendliest staff you can find in all of Oran and probably in Algeria.
