“Colourful rooms and lush garden, and conveniently situated!”

We were delighted with our stay. Beautiful garden, clean rooms with hot water. The host was so friendly and gave us a tour on arrival. We loved the restaurant that came recommended for dinner and breakfast! The accommodation was outside of the busy-ness of town but close enough to access by car for restaurants.

Very nice place, a quiet green oasis in Opuwo. Rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff very kind and always available. We ask them for a guide to visit an authentic Himba Village and this was amazing. Also the restaurant in town for breakfast and dinner is really very good. We recommend this place for a stay in Opuwo.

Perfect position, a beautiful garden to relax in after a long day on the road and they organized for us a visit to a Himba village with very short notice.

“A lodge near Opuwo”

The lodge is very near Opuwo, although not within the town. The breakfast was a voucher for a restoraurant within the town; it covered up to a certain amount of money, but was enough to have a quite good breakfast.

good location as it is a transit way from Epupa falls but the propery needs some improvement. The room we got had a weird smell, the staff was very nice and change it for us. Beds and pillows are not very comfortable, these very waking us up at night. Not a great value for money. Breakfast offered by this guesthouse in the restaurant in town absolutely delicious.

Outstanding hospitality! Owner is a very interesting person, he was willing to help us at all stages and I strongly recommend this place to everyone. Besides there is a nice garden around the house there you can spend an evening with a bottle of wine ;-)

The breakfast was good although not at the location due to some renovations at the establishment. We were given vouchers for a place in town.

Overall, the hospitality, helpfulness, care, everything went way beyond our expectation. The host walked not only an extra mile but several of those. Breakfast was amazing. Flexibility of the host allowed us to arrange all the activities that we had palled, and beyond.

We got a voucher for breakfast at the Kaoko Restaurant. The restaurant at Royal Guesthouse is under construction. Breakfast was delicious! The green-green garden at Royal guesthouse is amazing!
