Very calm, great swimming pool, nice breakfast

“Nice place to stay if you seek for real hospitality, yet close to the beach.”

The property is in a quiet village but still only 30 mins drive from the beach. The landlord is a really nice person. Homemade cookies are served with the breakfast and every day something new and delicious. The area is very well maintained, the pool is really great and you can taste the locally produced liquers free of charge.

The most beautiful, calm, relaxing place. Great breakfast, nice pool, beautiful yard with places to sit and enjoy the silence all over. Filled with fruit trees, flowers etc. I’ll give this place my highest recommendation.

Stancija Rušeti and Vesna provided for an absolut superb stay. Tranquil environment and a laid back atmosphere. The size of the property limits the number of guests hence allowing for a private feel. Location is great as everything is reachable in 10min-1.5hrs max. (e.g. nearby villages, Olive oil & Wine tastings, Motovun, Rovinj…).Vesna‘s breakfast is a great treat with homemade jams, cakes and warm rolls. Ask for her frituli! If we have a chance we will come back again.

Everything was of a very high standard – spotless, tidy, and peaceful. The breakfast was excellent, made with local products and homemade dishes, served in the shade under a chestnut tree and by the pool. The pool was crystal clear, and the area around it was beautifully maintained. The entire estate radiates authenticity. Our host was absolutely wonderful and incredibly welcoming. A truly tranquil and charming place to stay.

Everything was perfect. Vesna the host went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast was perfect with all the homemade food that Vesna makes from all the home grown fruits. Perfect cosy experience! Will return for sure.

Everything was great! Vesna is a very nice and talkative host, she prepares a very nice breakfast. The room in comfortable, pool area very relaxed and quiet. The whole estate is carefully neat. Nature around is tempting. Kids are welcome. We spent a few beautiful days there. We will come back for sure.

Beautiful enviroment, and house it is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The room was spacious, clean, the bed was comfortable. The owner was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied. The swimmingpool was perfect for the whole family. If you want to relax and hiking in beautiful enviroment, this place is the perfect choice! :)

The property is a heaven on earth. Very calm, the pool in exceptional, we really liked the breakfast. Misses Vesna is a really nice person, trying to do everything that you can enjoy your vacation. We were there for the third time and absolutely not the last time.
