“It was so bad I couldn't let my parents spend the night there and no refund was given for 3 nights.”
The room was dirty and had small towels and terrible beds you couldn't sleep on. It smelled like smoke and the bathroom smelled musty and wet- I had to air it out. My parents were supposed to stay here but it was in bad condition and I did not feel comfortable with them staying there. We had a reservation for 3 nights but didn't stay there for ANY night or time but they would not give me my money back even though I didn't stay in hotel.

It was ok, but a little bit not enough for the price I paid. The floor wasn't cleaned, the wifi signal was very low which was pretty frustrating. The service was good and kind.
