“We will definitley stay here again if we return to ontario!”
All the staff we interacted with were very nice and pleasant. I was sad the jacuzzi was under repair But the pool was nice. The breakfast buffet was good but way too crowed so i ate there only once. We were going to the convention center for a venue so the location was perfect…. Right across the steet!

“comfortable stay in Ontario”
breakfast was good, hot and has many choices. Also the full kitchen in the room was very considerate and convenient for saving cost to go to restaurant.

One of the receptionist or employees was really rude and I felt profiled by her. Everyone else was really nice and cool. But there was one lady who wasn’t nice at all. I came down stairs back to back to get drinks because I couldn’t carry them all at once. And the second time I came down she took it upon herself to leave the front desk and approach me in the lobby area and tell me she is seeing me back and forth too many times. Made my stay really uncomfortable. I also did not get my deposit back.
