“The place was not of the standard that I would prefer to stay!”
I was least expecting to stay in a motel like environment! I was expecting a decent 3 star+ facility at least. I will not knowingly stay in a motel-like space, and in hindsight perhaps I should have been a bit more thorough and diligent with my search.

Very clean and staff was so nice to us when we came back after checking out an hour earlier. Only to get a flight cancellation from Southwest airlines.😳 But young lady at desk got us the room back quick. Before we ended up stranded. 👍 Room was cleaner than Pacific Palms hotel, where we stayed before Quality inn. Very happy customer for QI making a stressful morning better.
