dirty towels with hairs, AC unit noisy and does not work properly( can not keep cool, set at 68, does not feel 68 but 78 instead)

It shown in the map that the mountain inn is nearby to the airport.I was dissapointed knowing it took 15mins drive by lyft. thats the reason i book the 1 night as we need to go to airport.
