“A great place to stay for a few days.”
Everything was great! The room was nice, good size, and comfortable bed. I have also appreciated free parking. The only part what did not meet my expectations was the pool. In the description it says the pool is heated, while it was obviously not heated. The small hot tube was heated but still too cold to use. Besides this the hotel was fine and I was satisfied.

I applied for early time check-in and was granted. However, when my son went in to check-in early three hours prior, he was charged $100 for early check-in. Just because it was two young adults who went in, the hotel over charged and scammed them. This is highly unreasonable and unacceptable. I will making sure that everyone knows of the unfair treatment and scam of younger people at this establishment. I will be making sure that everyone knows of this unfair treatment and scam unless I am returned this charge. How dare this establishment try to scam young people. If this charge was reasonable, then a charge should have been listed when I applied for a room.

“Excellent place to stay, especially if you need a ride to and from the airport”
We stayed here going out on our trip to Panama. And we stayed here coming back through after our trip was done both times that we stayed here. The staff was excellent pick up from the airport was seamless both days we needed a shuttle to the airport at 4 AM, the night before they had arranged a lyft ride for us paid for by the hotel. Even though we left at 4 AM we were able to grab some items from the breakfast bar and take them with us. The rooms were very spacious included a microwave a coffee pot, a sink near the kitchen area, a couch and the beds were so comfortable, I’m not sure if all comfort hotels are like this, but I will definitely be staying again in the future if all of them are.

A hreat place to stay and right beside the airport. Added bonus the bus stop outside can take to Union Station LA for only $4!
