This peacefully-situated former farm from 1890 offers 2 apartments and a room in a green countryside setting, 10 minutes’ drive from Bourtagne fortress. De Hiddinghhoeve includes free Wi-Fi and a spacious garden terrace. All of the accommodation at Hiddinghhoeve includes a modern bathroom, some with a spa bath. The Drentsche Aa National Park is 30 minutes from the farm by car. Groningen is a 40-minute car journey away.

“The perfect place to stay if travelling with a motorbike and like some luxuary with an amazing breakfast”
The property is set in stunning countryside and offers secure parking for a motorbike (closed barn). The room and bathroom were spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was fabulous and had a jacuzzi bath (very relaxing). Outside had a lovely seating area in which to enjoy the warm evenings. The breakfast was delivered to our room at a time of our choosing and was FANTASTIC! The best continental breakfast I have had in a very long time. Bob, our host was charming, so helpful and welcoming. We loved staying here and if we return to the area, we will definitely book in again. Thank you Bob ( and Tessa the dog) for a truly wonderful stay.

High quality accommodation in a self contained room in converted farmhouse in the midst of the Groningense countryside. Perfect for a couple of days away. Do take the offer of breakfast. Friendly owner.

“Best b&b!!”
This is a great stay. We should really keep it a secret as availability is getting difficult sometimes! We love the space, the bathroom (I want to take that shower home!!) and the comfy beds. Add a luxury breakfast to that (even with lunch bags!) and it’s perfect. Price is at the high end but this b&b has it all and is well worth it (space, luxury bathroom (etc). Also, it’s in a quiet area and great for a hike.

“Mini break in the nature”
Exceptionally clean. Modern bathroom and kitchenette. Fantastic breakfast. Five minute walk and you’re in the forest. Couldn’t have asked for more on our weekend away.
