The staff were very nice and helpful. Cooking department (Fuku, Hatano) ; the food was delicious thank you./ Front office team (Masaaki, Natsuko, Miki, Issei, Jay ) HK department were spotless. I remember these names. The room was nicely decorated and specious. Especially flow and the angle of the rain douche was perfect. Not even a single drop of water outside the douche area. The toilet door was perfect too :)

The room is spacious and well equipped...and the private pool was a dream. we stayed 4 people in. king room with two teenagers in folding beds in the living room. more than enough space for everyone.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, great location just 3 mins walk to the beach. The staff were super friendly, they gave us recommendations for daily activities. We loved the design and the layout of the room, we had a heated private pool, that was wonderful especially since we arrived mid April so some days were a bit chilly. The Japanese breakfast was fantastic, something we looked forward to every morning, the chef prepared the dishes with care and and we had the nicest waiters.

“Great staff but limited atmosphere and infrastructure”
The rooms were lovely and staff went above and beyond. We submitted dietary requirements (1 pescatarian and 1 non fish eater) in advance which weren’t shared with the team but the chefs went above and beyond to accommodate
