The place is ok for the price. There's shuttle bus to the beach. There's a shop onsite.

At the hotel: The breakfast was good and there were many different options. Amazing swimming pool and spa area. Lot of shops and restaurants.

Very good value for money loads to do. All allergens indicated on all meals. ¹

I always celebrate my birthday at this hotel and I loved staying there. This time, I decided to celebrate my daughter's birthday as well. It was a mother-daughter trip, so I booked a wonderful room with a sea view, the most expensive of all my stays at this hotel, so I thought it would be even better than the previous one. When I mentioned it was my daughter's birthday, I asked for a birthday card, which was kindly provided, and I received a message saying they had checked my previous stays and would, if possible, give me a better or similar room. But I was disappointed with my room. The furniture was very old, and despite being large and having a sea view, it was on a somewhat neglected floor full of cleaning carts blocking the way; it felt like I was staying in the staff wing. This time, the price paid wasn't worth it. Another thing that bothered me was that on the first day at breakfast, an employee directed me to the downstairs area, and the breakfast was different from the main restaurant. There weren't chefs making omelets and eggs, and the meal was more limited; the tables were for yakiniku. On the second day, I made a point of going to the other restaurant and had a decent breakfast, but I felt like I wasted the first day. Another thing that bothered me was that my daughter and I were in the room when suddenly a cleaning person asked to come in, took out the trash, changed the towels, and left. It was the only day out of the four days of our stay that anything was done, but they didn't make the bed, vacuum, or clean the room. It was very strange. 🙄 My floor seemed like a place for the staff to hide. My daughter noticed that I wasn't happy. 😒

Great location, great ocean views, enjoyable evening entertainment and nice food at poolside casual dining restaurant. Disabled parking available. Staff were exceptional and very kind. They went out of their way to try to accommodate my disability needs because there a no barrier-free rooms - all rooms have a step up or trip hazards and low toilet without assistive handrails in the bathroom. Staff kindly changed my room which had a shower over a bath to a better room with a shower beside the bath but view wasn’t as nice. This older room still had two steps up to the shower and no hand rails in toilet. They provided a large base walking cane and cobbled together a taller doorstop to fill the gap under the door so that I could get in and out of room independently while seated in my wheelchair . It took over an hour, but I was very touched by their patience, kindness and tenacity to help me! :-)

This hotel is huge and beautiful with nice restaurants, pools, spas, jacuzzi. Also the rooms are nice and spacious.

“Plenty of amenities and activities to do in the resort!”

We stayed at the Ocean Tower of the resort as a family of 2 adults and 2 children (6yo and 3yo). The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. Our room had a lovely ocean view and balcony. The resort had a lot of amenities such as souvenir shops, arcade, swimming pools, gym, restaurants, deli, bar, glass blowing workshop, forest trekking. The resort also has an attached beach front providing water sports and activities. Kids had fun with the hotel stamping game. Highly recommend to families! Easier to access via driving, or via pre-booked Airport Shuttle services.

The room is spacious. I love the balcony. The bathroom is clean. The whole hotel doesn’t look as old as some comments I read.

Food and comfortable

Room is clean, the breakfast is great! When we checked in, discounted vouchers are given, out of which there's glass bottom boat that we intended to visit. There's shuttle service to bring you to beach.
