Overview
Located on One Mile Beach, Ingenia Holidays One Mile Beach boasts an outdoor pool and a tennis court. You can dine at the on-site restaurant, and children will enjoy a kids club and a playground. Ingenia Holidays One Mile Beach is a short 5-minute drive from the centre of Anna Bay and a 15-minute drive from Port Stephens Winery. Fingal Bay is an 18-minute drive away. All air-conditioned rooms feature a balcony and a lounge area. They offer ironing facilities and a bathroom with a bath tub or a shower. Some rooms have a kitchen, a flat-screen TV or a DVD player. Other activities on offer include mini golf and a games room. Guests can socialise in the shared lounge, or prepare a meal using the BBQ facilities. The on-site restaurant, Swirl, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week.

Great location very close to the beach. Staff were all lovely. Cabin was good size with comfy beds and lounges.

Really wonderful and accomodating staff. It’s a big property, with all different cabins. I wouldn’t recommend booking one of the budget cabins but the deluxe ones are great, and the park has everything the kids need.

Loved Villa 8 so much more than Premium Family Villa. Bed more comfy. Lounge more comfy. Quieter location. Loved the staff, esp Chris who had no problem moving us to Villa 8 due to some noise.

The location is amazing, great little cafe/restaurant at the back of the park, facilities were fantastic & staff were great. The cabin itself was clean & comfortable.
