The elevator didn’t work. We had problem finding the reception (we were not the only one). A little disappointed with the food.

The staff was really nice and our room was beautiful so we don’t have absolutely any complaints about that. The hotel is beachfront but the beach is not really nice so most of the time we drove to other beaches.But overall it was a very good value for the money and we could not been happier

“Great Staff and Cozy Rooms”

The staff at the reception as well as in the restaurant were very friendly and welcoming. The room was of a decent size, clean, and nicely laid out. The food was quite good, although it consisted mostly of fried dishes with not many vegetables. A bit more variety and healthier options would have made the dining experience even better. However, the inclusion of drinks (beer, wine, juices) with every meal was fantastic.

“Fall in love with Omisalj”

The staff is extremely friendly and kind. The room is clean. At the check in, we were announced that the cleaning is once at 3 days, but at one point it became daily. If you need anything sooner or extra like a hair dryer or clothes dryer, you just need to ask. There are 2 parking places, so you can park wherever you are closer to your room. There are lots of stairs and the elevator is not to be used by the guests, but for us that was not an issue, as we enjoy walking. We had both breakfast and dinner included. There is a variety of food and you can always find something to eat, but the food could be improved as not all dishes are delicious. The beach is right across the hotel and it is wonderful and peaceful. The old city is absolutely gorgeous and deserves to be visited. The hotel has a small park for the kids to play and there is another one nearby. If you go to Omisalj, you need to explore the city and the beaches, as it is too beautiful to sit in one spot.

Staff, meals and the location were perfect.

Our recent stay at Delfin Guesthouse was very nice, largely thanks to their incredible staff. Every interaction, whether with the helpful receptionists, the efficient cleaning crew, or the outstanding restaurant team, was a pleasure. We were very impressed with the accomodation, and having fresh towels daily was a nice touch. The food, with its good variety for both breakfast and dinner, was consistently enjoyable. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

The staff was perfect, they were always very kind and tried to solve every problem as much was possible. Samir one of the waiters was so happy and very kind with the children, always played with them and made balloons, etc as his work let it for him :) Every time, day when asked for clean towels, asked cleaning, etc they did it :)

It was not excellent but still reasonable. It was like a standard continental breakfast.

Hotel is on the beach, (clean and clear, good for kids as well), waiters are great (especially Samir), free parking slot, elevator available (although only one, usually have to wait on it), good variety of foods (breakfast+dinner - has vegetarian food as well, icecream for dinner)

The food was very delicious and the staff was also very friendly, in general the Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Far too expensive for one doble bed room with the quoted spec to accomodate 3-4persons, particularly when at the last minute added one person on a floor bed and for that charged extra unreasonably.
