“Excellent location, but a basic hotel”

The best thing about the hotel is its location - 3 minutes walk to the beach (just across the road) and a balcony with the sea view. The air conditioner worked well without any issues. The room was of a good size with a mini fridge, and the water pressure in the shower was good. the hotel is about 20-25 minutes walk from Omis town centre, which offers lots io activities and eating places.

The hotel right exactly infront of the beach ❤, food very easy to find, just walk a few metres. If you need some cocktails, there's 1 bar on the beach infront of the hotel. We did River Rafting, Tour Ship to a few island, climbed the Fortress ( mountain) : a lot to do in Omis/Split. We were blessed with the friendliness of Omis/ Split people and the beautiful view of the nature surround it ❤

across the road from the beach and promenade : cafes, bars too. a 20 min walk into the town of Omiš. I couldn’t get a taxi when it came time to leave & front desk staff were very helpful. They also 24/7 reception and English speaking helpful staff always. Breakfast was also included = bonus!

This is a very well-located hotel, clean and comfy, next to the beach, 15-20 min walking distance to city centre. We had to book it last minute for 1 night only, but would consider it for longer stay. Breakfast and free parking were nice additions to our stay.

My experiences with this establishment are exceptional. In my opinion, the rating associated with this place is unrealistic. Let me start with the hospitality: The staff made an effort to fulfill all requests with a smile, even though it was very busy at the time. The location of the hotel is marvelous, secluded, peaceful, and perfect for a good rest. The beach and beach access are well-maintained. The showers and changing rooms on the beach are functional and operational, and parking is still free. The price-to-value ratio is optimal. The rooms are classic (equipped with air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, and all rooms face the sea and have a balcony). The restaurant is designed according to its category and price, but it is extremely clean, the food is tasty, and the staff is efficient and quick. As I said, an excellent place for rest and relaxation in a seaside environment. If someone is looking for more entertainment beyond this basic offer, Omiš is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel.

“Settlement Brzet”

Cleaning ladies were very friendly (Seka and Maja). Room and bathroom was always fresh clean and sweep, with no dust. They had excellent performance with very poor equipment and cleaning materials.
