“Wonderful holidays in Omis”

Let start for the reception, Alex. What a lovely man. For him, I would come back every summer. He is so welcome as all the other people who were in the reception. It is not near to Split, it is 50min driving but it is in a lovely village, quiet and near the sea. It was my favourite place to swim and enjoy the sun. The breakfast is worth, very rich, full of fruits and many options. The view, waking up every day with the beautiful view, is the best part. There is a gym for who likes exercising every day like me. They helped with everything, to plan a birthday surprise for my friend. They are one of the best places I have been.

Apartments are nice, clean and spacious, there is fast and reliable WiFi, and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel with very beautiful view by the sea 😍. Very comfortable beds and pillows, which allowed for a great rest. Delicious and wide selection of breakfast. A big advantage is the car parking under the building. Very close by the hotel great and beautiful restaurant AGA.

The front desk staff was very king and and helpfull. The rooms were big and comfortable clean rooms (we had a 1 year old babyboy). Location was nice, in a quite area, close to the beach. BREAKFAST was amazing! Lots of options. Best breakfast i have had during the whole trip!

“Peaceful, family - and dog-friendly place”

We absolutely recommend this place! Besides regular hotel rooms, this place also offers fully eqipped appartments where we chose to stay so that we could cater for our 6 month old baby. It was flawlessly clean, spacious, fresh and modern. The staff was kind and helpful. The manager was very helpful and caring and he is a character! The breakfast is abundant, classic continental with a selection of warm dishes that can fill you up for the whole day. The beach is 3 minutes away, you either take the stairs (wide and comfortable) or a more steep slope (e.g. with prom). It is clean and quiet a bit away from the bar. It has watersports possibilities. The trees provided shade and it never got uncomfortably crowded. The beach does not have toilets - your hotel room is close enough. There are a few restaurants in the area and many open only for dinner around 4-5 pm. The hotel has a snack bar with pasta pizza etc also from 5pm. So toilet and lunch may need a bit of planning. The place is perfect for couples, families and dog owners - there is dog beach nearby. The closest city nearby is Omis, it is a 15 min car ride and it is very picturesque. We had a great time.

I would like to thank Natasha at the reception for her attention and kindness. She welcomed us with a smile, explained everything clearly, and helped with all organizational matters. Thanks to her professionalism and warm attitude, we immediately felt comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel itself was wonderful-very clean, cozy, and located just short walk from the sea. Altogether, it left us with only the best impressions. Thank you, Natasha,and the entire hotel team for excellent service!

Our stay here was simply mind-blowing and exceeded all expectations. The hotel was clean, pleasant, comfortable, and the breakfast was very varied. But we were totally blown away by the staff—their tremendous professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness, and energy with which they treated us. They threw an amazing birthday party for my daughter, for which I am extremely grateful. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel is clean, and the rooms have good airconditioning. Beach and beach access are the same across the whole coast, not just for this hotel, with beaches pebbly and fairly narrow. Beach access is a bit of a climb, either up and down some stairs or on a steep path. If you have a car, you can also explore other beaches and towns nearby. If you are scared of driving on steep, narrow roads, this part of the coast may not be suitable for you.

“A dog owners dream place!”

The hotel is very clean, cozy, and comfortable in every way. It is dog-friendly, and the staff is friendly. The bed is exceptionally good for a hotel bed—almost as good as at home. The soundproofing of the rooms is also excellent, and you can't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms.

“A great hotel on the seaside”

An excellent hotel located close to the beach, slightly elevated — just enough to give you beautiful sea views from the balconies. There's a private underground parking area that’s quite spacious. I read some reviews mentioning a tricky access road and "extreme" parking — but come on guys, you're driving in the mountains, what kind of roads were you expecting? The hotel staff coordinates arrivals and departures and tells you exactly where to park. Your car stays cool and shaded — that’s a big plus. There’s even an elevator, which we didn’t expect at all. It’s very convenient to get up from the parking area to your room with all your luggage. Our room was clean, stylish, and had a stunning view of the sea and a portion of the beach. At night, we could even hear the sound of the waves. More things we liked: Spacious balcony — perfect for relaxing in the evening. There’s a clothes drying rack in the room and an iron with an ironing board in the hallway. Small fridge in the room. A good, powerful air conditioner. Well-equipped bathroom with towels, shower gel, and shampoo. Great water pressure too. The breakfasts were excellent — just the way we like them. It’s a buffet with a wide variety of food. Every day, in addition to the usual dishes, the kitchen staff prepared something new. Plus, there were different delicious cakes every morning! The entire staff was super friendly. Another big bonus — the hotel is pet-friendly, in case you can’t leave your furry friend at home. This place is called a “villa,” but in reality, it’s a proper, cozy 4* boutique hotel by the sea. We absolutely loved it.
