“Good Beachfront location with Free Parking”
Great Beachfront location, easy to find, Car Parking included in a private Car Park, the access is up a quite steep hill, I suggest Parking on the Beachfront roadside to Check In so that you can see where you need to go (if travelling by Car). Unless told otherwise use the downstairs Restaurant as your point of contact for Check in etc. Very nice efficient welcome, introduction to the room and being shown where to Park. Room facilities were good and as expected, really nice place for a stopover as we were touring, it would also be fine for a longer stay. The associated Restaurant was good for dinner with a decent menu and reasonable prices, really helpful and friendly staff. The included breakfast was lovely. There’s a beachfront walkway across the road with all the usual waterfront Bars and Facilities you would expect, quite commercial but as expected.

“Motorcycle trip”
Very friendly staff. The room was nice and clean and had a great view. Had a small kitchen along with all the necessities. There's also free parking and wifi included. The beach is just below so everything is pretty close. Breakfast was amazing as well.

“I guarantee that you won’t find better value for money in whole Dalmatia .”
This place offers much more than what is described . First , every day your bed is made and you get fresh towels , breakfast is amazing with everything you wish for including eggs bone your way ( I preferred scrambled with bacon and cheese).. Owner and waitresses are very friendly and they will help you with anything. We was pleasantly surprised when we get access to free sun beds on beach .. Beach was sand , calm water and amazing to swim in .. plenty of restaurants ( including Dalmatia ) is around and bakery is just 150m away . Room was comfortable with aircon , tv , Ensuite .. clean and very nice . ( much much better in live than wheat you may see on photos ) We got room with see view balcony which was really picturesque.. Plenty of parking is available to . For that price I guarantee you can’t find anything even close to this .. Rooms and restaurants Dalmatia is really highly recommended by us . Thank you and we will be back for sure because Omiš and hotel Dalmatia is our new favorite place in whole Croatian coast .

Everything was perfectly clean, really cozy room with nice view to the sea. Location of the pension was great, only few meters from the sea. The service in restaurant was nice, the breakfast was huge.

Beautiful location by the beach, free parking, comfy bed, all the amenities you could need for a longer stay. Our room had an amazing see view and a lovely balcony. Very kind owner and his family, amazing personalised breakfast - we were blown away by their hospitality. Hope to come back next time for longer!

It was only 50m from the sea. Beautiful clean water to swim in. Food in the restaurant was good. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly. Apartment was spacious and comfy. Car parking available at the rear.

“Best breakfast place you’ll ever find + bonus: sandy beach all around”
Very clean room, friendly staff, helped us with an earlier check in. Great view from the balcony over the beach. Nice sandy beach all around with plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. The breakfast is a masterpiece, saw all the other comments mentioning it, but no words would do it justice! Best breakfast ever had in a restaurant! Big, varied, delicious!

Very clean. Comfortable. We ate in the restaurant food and service was very good. Went for a swim before breakfast in the sea across the road and it even had a sandy beach. Breakfast was really good. I recommend omelette and pancakes. Staff could not do enough.

Outstanding breakfast. Great location close to the beach (only separated by one road). Awesome balcony with a direct view of the sea. The associated restaurant also has delicious food.
