I can honestly recommend that apartment to anyone. Very good standard, very nice host and located close to the beach. Duce is great for someone who wants to enjoy the weather and the beach in a reasonably calm location while also being near more popular places like Omis (which you have to see and especially Starigrad Fortica)

We were very happy with our stay at these apartments! A special thanks to Marin, who was always very attentive and helpful, ready to assist us with any questions we had. A big plus is the free beach gear in the garage, which is very convenient and helps save a lot of money. Nice BBQ place with all needed equipment. The apartments were very clean, with everything new and fresh. The kitchen had everything we needed, including high-quality Miele. The location is great: just 100 meters from a sandy beach, and only 70 meters from a bakery, grocery store, and restaurants. Omiš is only a 5-minute drive time and is a place to visit. We highly recommend these apartments!l

It’s close to the beach. Very clean and equipped. Possibility of washing and you can also grill. Nice staff so everything was amazing.

The apartment is well equipped and clean. You can even get beach stuff like umbrella or kayak from the garage. Marin the manager on site was super nice and helpful. We can really recommend the place.

“Great place to stay”
Fantastic apartment, very comfortable, high spec finish, clean. Everything we needed. The host was simply amazing, he helped us with everything we were looking for: great rafting trip and canyon zip wires were fantastic. The apartment was in a great location, right on the beach with a supermarket and great restaurants very nearby.

“Fantastic apartments and fantastic hosts”
Thank you for fantastic accomodation and hospitality. Clean and modern appartments. We had two appartments, Hvar (big and with toilet/shower for each room-amazing), Mljet (smaller one also fantastic). Fantastic hosts that helped us with all our questions and with everything we needed. We also used the grill-place and it’s perfect if you want to enjoy a good self-made barbeque with your family/group in peace. Mljet has 2 smaller balconies (room and living room), and Hvar has one big balcony and if i remember correct 2 smaller balconies. We have been at a lot of hotels in Europe, and the Seasons Residence is absolutely one of the favorites. It’s around 3 km from Omis centre, and in a peaceful area. You have a small shop (Konzum) and a bakery around 100 m from the apartments. Short way straight to the beach just across the main street. If you want a nice caffee and good beach-beds just go straight to the beach and and follow the beach to right side for maybe 150-200 meters. Thank you for everything Marin, and The Seasons Residence.
