“Amazing and beautiful place in Croatia ❤️”
A beautiful ocean view and great hostage. When we arrived the hostage made some food for us and it was delicious!! The apartment was really clean and had a beautiful outside view. 5mins away you have a great beach club that serves cocktails and delicious food. We will definitely come back here.

“PERFECT in all respects”
This stay was as near perfect as a holiday rental could be for a couple. Apartment: Absolutely super. Very nicely laid out, compact yet actually very spacious. Modern and spotlessly clean. I have never seen a holiday rental so well equipped with absolutely everything you might need. Comfortable bed. Good air-conditioning. Location: The terrace overlooking the sea is marvellous. The property is a 10 minute walk to the old town in Omis, either direct, or along the sea front with some manageable steps. Apart from the local church bell ringing twice a day, it’s very calm and quiet. Host: Surely the best hosts I’ve ever met. Efficient and kind. Contact before arrival was great: responsive and understanding. Welcome on arrival was warm and friendly, and they came specially despite our arriving earlier than we had said. Delicious generous surprise in the fridge (ham and cheese, wine and cake!). Thank you for such a lovely stay.

“Perfect apartment in a wonderful location.”
Just a wonderful experience from start to finish. Lovely people to deal with and we even had a nice surprise in our fridge when we arrived. The apartment is fantastic; modern clean and will equipped. The bed is perfect as well. The views from the balcony are out of this world. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to a small but quiet beach with bars and restaurants. Omiš is a nice town, big enough to have lots of restaurants, bars and things to do, but not too big to be noisy and wild. It’s also a great location for travelling further afield; we went to Split, Makarska and Mostar in Bosnia. We would give Apartments Mimac 11 out of 10 if we could.

What a place! Look no further, this family does a great job in making you feel welcome. We arrived late from Split airport, and we requested their own shuttle -the father of the family picked us with a smile and brought a special kids chair for my 3 year old. They were waiting for us with the key, explained us everything important about the place and left us homemade dessert, a charcuterie platter, and wine from Croatia! The host was quick in helping us with anything we needed. The view from the balcony is outstanding, just like the photos, and you have everything you need to cook and enjoy. Thank you so much Karmen & family!!!

Location easy walking to both the Old Town and Slavinj and Brzet beaches. Sensational unimpeded views of the Adriatic across the Brac and Omiš itself. Spacious apartment with seperate bedroom. Lovely gift of some food and wine including cherries on arrival.

Everything was perfect, clean appartment, suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Stunning view and suprice in the fridge 🙂. All needed equipment in the kitchen and bathroom is there. Definitely I can recommend it.

Great apartment with a lot of light and beautiful sea view. Full equipment, comfortable parking. Wery close to the newly renovated beach and promenade, just few stairs. Supermarket is close with long opening hours. Friendly staff, nothing was problem.

“Everything was perfect!”
Just amazing! The hosts were very friendly and welcomed us with homemade cake, drinks and a plate of snacks. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed. Parking slot is included (right in front of the house). The nearest beach is just a 5 min walk away (stairs). The city is 10 mins away where you can find many restaurants, bars and cafés. Also you can do some activities (hiking to the castle, book a boat trip, rent a jetski). And last but not least, the view is just amazing! All in all it was a great vacation!

“Perfect stay in a beautiful apartment”
We were welcomed by our hosts lovely mum who showed us to the apartment, she said she was there for any questions we have and then she told us she had left some presents in the fridge 🎁😁 this was perfect after our long drive. The apartment was in the most beautiful location and was super clean with everything we could possibly need. We loved the apartment! The beach was just down some steps and across a road, it looked like paradise when you got there. Thanks so much for our beautiful stay we will come and stay again one day.

“lovely week in a beautiful location”
we had a lovely week at the property, beautifully clean and there was everything you needed and more! stunning view from the balcony. location was perfect,short walk to town and just a few steps to the beach, and although we don’t sit on the beach, we had some beautiful walks along the coastline. The host family are just wonderful, nothing too much trouble.

“Great apartment with stunning sea view”
Beautiful apartment, with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room. Everything clean and new. The view from the terrace is exceptional and the beach is only a few minutes walk. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly, we had an amazing time.
