This is my very first feedback, even though I’ve been using Booking.com for quite a while — and I’m so glad it’s for this amazing place. We stayed at the apartment in June 2025 — it was me, my 10-year-old daughter, and my friend. The apartment looked exactly like in the pictures — actually, even better! We had 120 m² of space, including two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen. But the real gem is the terrace — just stunning! Nice place to relax with a book or enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner while taking in the beautiful sea view. Our host, Iva, was incredibly kind and welcoming from the very first day. She helped us upon arrival and even invited us to a lovely evening with grilled ćevapčići (a local meat specialty) at her apartment downstairs. We enjoyed delicious homemade food, local wine, and warm hospitality. Dear Iva, if you're reading this — thank you again! We’ll definitely be back! The location is perfect — just a 1-minute walk down to a beach with natural shade from the trees. A 7-minute walk takes you to a small grocery store with everything you might need, plus a beach shop with swimsuits, kids’ floaties, beach bags, and souvenirs. Restaurant Ava is only 6 minutes away on foot — they serve great local and Mediterranean dishes: fresh fish, mussels, ćevapčići, Shopska salad (similar to Greek salad), etc. It was a truly wonderful vacation, highly recommended!

Very spacious and homely, with a well-equipped kitchen Large balcony with excellent views and impressive sunsets. Very close to a pleasant beach. Several restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. Parking next to property. Host was very friendly and helpful. The town of Omis is 5min drive and has a variety of shops and restaurants, as well as beaches, a spectacular gorge and boat trips up the river.

I liked everything throughout my stay, the apartment was very clean, kitchen well equipped. Hosts were exceptional, very lovely and even gave us a gift which was mesmerising. Apartment is also on the beach literally 1 minute walk through the stairs of the apartment and there you go, what's more you have the best view of the sea believe me.
