Awful experience, the hotel lied and did not inform about an event with extremely loud noise from a stage/event in front of the lake which kept us awake until 3am on all nights. Unpleasant staff barely speaking English, beware. At breakfast you had to order your coffee, you could not make a coffee yourself.

Very sunny balcony. Lovely view but umbrella was needed to make it more comfortable. Umbrella was eventually provided. Large comfortable room.

“Lovely hotel on lake Orta”
I loved the central location, the fact that our spacious and comfortable room overlooked the lake, the lift, the possibility of parking our motorcycle inside a garage, the vicinity of bars and restaurants, the good breakfast and the friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was everywhere super friendly, very helpful, the room with balcony was just hillllarious! Large and with an amazing view! Nice bath, and breakfast included. There was no charge for our two dogs and they were very welcome! Top👍

“Lively time”
Accidentally arrived during the towns annual festival. Very lively, loud music going on until 2.00am, but fun. We watched the excellent fireworks display o the Sunday from the 5th floor terrace. Our room was good with great aircon big bathroom. All very clean. Included breakfast was very good. Location by the lake surrounded by bars and restaurants. The hotel previously warned us about noise from the festival.
