“Perfect”
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious and very large. The onsen was hot and relaxing. The rooms were large and comfortable.

The location is very close to the Ogizawa station, making a perfect stop before or after your trip to the Alpine route. Tranquil and peaceful, very restful.

I won't go into too much detail unless I accidentally write an essay. But this was easily the best, most comfortable, friendliest, most beautiful, equipped and wonderful place my partner and I stayed on any of my previous trips to Japan.
