Overview
Located a 12-minute drive from JR Shinano-Omachi Station, Hotel Yume-no-yu is cosy Japanese-style accommodation with simple guestrooms. Guests can relax in the large 24-hour hot spring baths and savour delicious Japanese meals. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Simply decorated, each room comes with tatami (woven-straw) flooring, a low table and seating cushions. A TV and a fridge are provided, and hot green tea can be made with electric kettle and tea bags. A high-tech toilet and toiletries are included in the en suite bathroom. Yume-no-yu Hotel offers karaoke facilities and in-room massage services at an extra charge. Luggage can be stored at the front desk for free. Barbecue facilities can be used at an additional fee. The hotel is a 12-minute drive from Jiigatake Ski Resort, and a 20-minute drive from Kurobe Dam. Hyugayama Highland Golf Courses are a 7-minute drive away. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the meals were absolutely delicious. I accidentally missed my bus, but the hotel staff kindly arranged a taxi to take me to the station. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness and excellent service. The hotel offers a traditional Japanese experience with tatami rooms, which were very comfortable and helped me sleep well. It was a unique and memorable experience. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Great location for the kurobe alpine route, friendly staff and amazing food. We enjoyed an great traditional Japanese dinner and a traditional Japanese style room. Even though the building is not designed as a ryokan the rooms are with mats. Nice onsen with outside and inside bath to use. They were very friendly assisting us up feont with planning the trip and offering luggage service. Definitely would recommend for those seeking to see a nice traditional experience without too much hassle.

“Traditional Japanese style and enjoyment.”
The onsen was great, the dinner and breakfast were delicious - so many new things to try. Even had live music in the evening. The stag were extremely helpful with recommendations on onward travel arrangements.

The service was really brilliant. They even showed us how to take the bus to the next destination proactively. Moreover, the dinner and the breakfast are all very delicious. We felt relaxed while staying in Hotel Yumenoyu and we recommended everyone to stay there.
