The staff that checked us in was friendly. The staff that checked us out was also friendly. Parking on site was sparse but we were lucky to find a spot.

The hotel cost $90, but they charged $140 to my card. I don't understand what kind of fraud this is and why they charged $140 to my card when the hotel cost $90. I'm asking for my $50 refund.

Every staff member I encountered during my stay were very nice and helpful. The young male receptionist I spoke with, I can’t remember his name (so sorry) but he was awesome. Good to chat with and just overall very friendly. Even though they are reconstructing, there were no disturbances. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. I will almost always choose to stay here when I travel back.

“Terrible experience”

I stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Olympia with my wife for four nights, from December 27 to December 30, 2025. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. First, at no point during the reservation process was I informed that the hotel was under renovation. Arriving at a property that is clearly undergoing construction without prior notice is unacceptable and shows a lack of transparency and respect for guests. The service was extremely poor. There is no proper reception area. Instead of a front desk, there is only a small table in a hallway, with no clear guidance or information provided to guests. The staff seemed unprepared and poorly informed. The hotel was dirty, even considering that it was under renovation. None of the ice machines were working anywhere in the hotel, which is a basic amenity expected at a property of this brand. The minibar/fridge in the room was another negative point. Besides being very small, it only works for two hours at a time, requiring the guest to manually press a button every two hours for it to continue functioning. This is completely impractical and unreasonable. We stayed for three nights, and the room was not cleaned a single time. No housekeeping service was provided during our stay. I expected a good experience because this is a Ramada-branded hotel, but the reality was exactly the opposite. Not being informed in advance about the renovation felt disrespectful to us as guests. Additionally, I completed the check-in online through the official Ramada website. However, upon arrival, I was told that the online check-in was not valid. Even the hotel employee was unable to explain how the check-in process actually worked, which shows a total lack of training, organization, and communication. Overall, this was a very poor experience, marked by lack of information, bad service, and disrespect toward the guest. I do not recommend this hotel.

Roomy, i had two bed room suite with very valuable price. Towels, bedsheets were very clean. Kitchen allowed us to cook.

this isn’t a 5 star hotel, like in booking shown. the room was very worn and mold was in the bathroom. we asked for a room change, they couldn’t do it. they offered us immediately a refund an asked us to book another hotel. so, they know exactly about the conditions in this room. breakfast was also disappointing.

Extremely loud noise from street all night long. Cars and motorcycles revving their engines and doing burn outs. It went on all night. On a Wednesday night no less.
