“Definitely worth it!”

It’s a really good hotel, almost like a boutique if not full. The breakfast is good, the room is spacious and the bed is amazing! The pool and bar are nice and well maintained, all the staff is very kind and friendly, and the location is very nice, clean hotel and the street noise didn’t bother us, couldn’t hear anything. It’s definitely worth it!

Hey there! Long story short — this hotel is awesome! I’m writing this review a bit late, but better late than never) So, back in August 2025, I hit the road with my family and parents for a Turkey trip. We stayed at a few different hotels along the way, varying in category. And to wrap up our holiday, we spent 7 days here — in two rooms of different categories, actually. So yeah, I’ve got plenty to compare it to! First off, this place is family‑run — the whole operation is in one family’s hands. And that’s a huge plus, because hospitality is their thing! We were welcomed like long‑lost friends — seriously, from the owner’s family to every single staff member. They jumped right in to help us park the car (which is no small feat around here), stayed on top of our questions, checked in on how we were doing, and even gave us a hand when we had a little problem with our car. Everyone speaks great English, and there was even a Russian‑speaking guy working at the restaurant. Second big win! The hotel just went through a major renovation. Everything got a fresh look — from the building’s exterior to the tiniest details in the rooms and around the property. New plumbing, appliances, dishes, bedding. It’s all clean, cozy, well‑designed, and thought through. You’ve got everything you need for a comfy stay. Oh, and there’s even a little capsule coffee machine in the room — with daily refills of capsules! Third up: the location. In my look, it’s spot‑on. You’re basically in the heart of lower Ölüdeniz — right where all the action is — but somehow all the noise and hustle don’t make it here. Huge plus if you’ve got kids or just want to chill in the evening. It’s a 5‑minute walk to the sea and the beach, 2 minutes to the main pedestrian street with bars, clubs, shops, and travel agencies, and just 10 metres to the artisan alley where you can pick up some unique souvenirs. Another thing I’ve gotta mention is the food.

Perfect location in centre of resort. Two minutes to beach bars restaurants shops etc but was still quite peaceful and relaxing. Excellent staff

location is good, walk to the beach only few minutes and you can see many paraglider. Rooms are clean and everything meet my expectation

This is the 3rd time l have stayed in this wonderful hotel. I really cannot fault it. The staff are always polite and friendly. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The food is amazing. The location is just perfect just off the main strip and 5 minutes walk to the beach(it’s pebbly so bring water shoes). The prices for drinks/snacks/meals are reasonable and you can just charge it yourself your room and pay when you check out.

“A truly wonderful stay!”

We really enjoyed our stay at Unsal Hotel. The rooms are well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The pool area is a lovely oasis. The breakfast is really great and the staff were really friendly, professional and helpful.

“A lovely, relaxed hotel”

The location was great, a short walk to the beach, main strip and some great restaurants (Orange restaurant was wonderful!) The manager was lovely, offered us breakfast and to chill by the pool while we waited for our room to be ready . He also helped to hustle our very late transport driver on our checkout day. The mountain views from the pool area were incredible!

Everything is amazing! Couldn’t speak highly enough of the hotel and the staff. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms tidied everyday and given fresh towels and water. Decor is stunning. Pool was great. Breakfast was yummy, option to get fresh cooked eggs to your liking daily (omelette, poached, fried). Short walk to the beach and Main Street. Definitely recommend Unsal Hotel!

“Wonderful hotel in Oludeniz”

Great location, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The hotel is very clean and the room was very spacious. Staff are very friendly and accommodating! The breakfast buffet has a nice variety of food each day.

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel gets a 9.5 rating on booking.com. Overall, our experience at Unsal Hotel was not good. We booked a garden view room, which turned out to be the first room downstairs, right next to the pool and hotel bar. The bar played music until midnight even though they had no customers, making it impossible to have a quiet rest. The only two positives were: location is great, just a short walk to the beach. The pool is beautiful, looks clean, and is a nice place to sunbathe.

The hotel was great, very clean and well equipped, staff was very kind and friendly also. Breakfast was very tasty, with different options to choose from. Very pleased with the swimming pool and sunbeds area, the palm trees there make it unreal. Highly recommended!

“Overall great stay”

Property shows as 3 star on google however this is definitely a 4 star. Rooms are decently sized with great amenities. Pool and pool area was clean. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Didn’t need a car at all, except for when we visited Babadag which we used the local bus for in order to keep our parking spot.

Small cozy boutique hotel with great facilities and accessibility to everything (beach, restaurants, market). Pool area felt almost like private as it was rarely fully occupied and there were always available sunbeds. Staff is friendly and respectful.

The hotel is beautifully laid out with flowers and lovely looking decor and the pool is great. The staff were brilliant and very friendly and helpful. It’s very close to the beach (3 min walk) and lovely restaurants.
