I stayed at California Apart Hotel, with my family, for 4 nights. We booked 2 separate rooms. California Apart Hotel is in a beautiful location; 2/3 KM from Oludeniz Beach and right next to a main shopping/dining area. We really enjoyed to locality. The Apart Hotel is generally very nicely built and in a good location. However, it does need some improvements/modernization. When we moved in our room, there was a lot of water on one side of the room. I think the floor was washed before and water was accumulated on one side, under the bed. We had to wipe it ourselves. The room are very basic. Having said all this, I must admit that it was really value for money. When we checked other hotels during our stay, they were at least 50% more expensive than California Apart Hotel. So, if you are on a tight budget, go for it; you will not be disappointed.

Dirty rooms, there was just no shower, the whole floor is always in water, the attitude of the staff is terrible, we booked for 4 days, on the third day we moved to another hotel, I hope my review was useful and you will think carefully before booking rooms here

When I went to check out they made me pay for an extra day because apparently I checked out late but on booking.com it said I could check out any time untill 00:00 hours but they said that it’s not there fault that there information is wrong and for me to be able to cheat out I have to pay for another day I have the receipt to show this

The hotel rooms are not suitable for guests, they are not cleaned, maintained or equipped for paying guests. Our power cut out at least seven times during our stay. The room was not cleaned at all during our stay The air conditioning unit in the living room leaked several times flooding the room and had to collected in a water bottle outside.

Great pool - very well maintained. Good half board for the price we paid also.

Plenty of parking on the street outside the property. Cheap.

The place was amazing and very comfortable. People working there were even better, very nicely, friendly and willing to help. We had some problems with one boat company (nothing to do with them) in the city center and they helped us to solve it. They helped us to book a to go to the airport and many things. We will repeat for sure. Thank you very much 😊
