“Good”
I got upgraded to the honeymoon suite: A lot of space and a nice roofterrace. Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during my visit but there are a few nice restaurants around the corner.

“Exceptional, cozy villa and super-friendly staff”
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We spend Christmas with our family and occupied 4 rooms. The villa felt so private and exclusive, that we truly felt happy to have chosen this location for our stay. The suites and deluxe rooms are super spacious, very cosy and spotless clean. The food in the restaurant was delicious: We had a multiple-course menu on day 1 and 2: Creative, fresh, special and very healthy. The chef even catered our children with fresh-made food. Breakfast is served buffet-style with a very fresh choice of fruits, eggs, cheese, ham and a variety of breads. We also loved the spa area, which exceeded our expectation due to the pictures we saw online. The spa area is brand new and modern including three saunas with great views to the lower garden. Mrs Drumm and her team was an amazing host who made us feel more than welcome, she was uncomplicated and very accommodating - thank you for this great stay.

Nice property and very friendly and helpful personnel. We had a problem with transportation to Dusseldorf and timing was critical - hotel staff really helped us not to miss the plane.

“Bad memories. Cold shower and Lie of refund.”
The night we stayed we couldn’t have hot shower after ski in Winterberg.. We claimed that right after we found it out and when we check out. But the staff replied they couldn’t repair and it is just a bad luck… But you don’t stay Wellness hotel if you have to take cold shower… we contacted Manager and she promised to refund some money back to us. However, it doesn’t happen even after one month from the stay. We had asked and reminded them several times in a month. No more reply… I feel like they are not sincere and the manager lied… We will never come back this hotel and not recommend anybody at all.

“Perfectly luxurious hotel with perfect food and staff”
It's a perfectly clean luxurious building. Service is outstanding. Welness is clean and quiet. Dinner and breakfast (we eat vegan) very good. We could park our ebikes in the garage. It's all very comfortable.

Hotel is located by the park, very quiet place, near the city centre. Food in the hotel restaurant, including breakfast, was realy delicius and prepared from quality ingredients.
