“Perfect for a weekend escape as a couple”
We booked this hotel for celebrating our 5th anniversary and our aim was to spend a relaxing weekend. During the check-in, they immediately booked us massages and the termal pool and we felt very welcomed, relaxed and comfortable during the stay.

“Not the magical place it used to be”
The spa circuit was nice, although extremely crowded . The front desk staff were fast and friendly and efficient. The breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff were good.

After staying at Castilla Termal in Ribera (which was wonderful) we had high expectations which this one didn’t live up to. It feels like a normal average hotel once you are in and the service was not of the high calibre we experienced in Ribera. Eg Checking in was like any low to mid end hotel (compared to Ribera with glasses of cava while we checked in and very attentive staff). The room and the place is fine if you don’t have high end expectations.

“A great value gem.”
Just driving into the Hotel was an instant pleasure. You just know you are going to really like your stay. Nothing afterwards contradicted it. The facilities and the standard of presentation of them is top class. We wished we had more time to have taken advantage of the Spa, it really was high class and very inviting. Reception were very helpful and explained where we could park and charge our car. Something more Hotels should take note of, a big plus these days. A nice enough restaurant and OK menu. Room was well appointed and very comfortable. Bathroom of a very high standard.
