After the bustle of Lima, and before travelling to Agua Calientes, this was a relaxing couple of days. Good shuttle service to town. We could top our water bottles up, which was a first since leaving Lima. Ate in the restaurant on one night and it was very good.

Where do I start? The most beautiful gardens, tents in amazing condition, it’s sparkling clean, so peaceful yet close to town (they have shuttles). We had one meal and it was great.

We stayed here for 2 nights after our hiking trails, looking to do nothing but rest. And this place is the perfect sanctuary for that. The tented rooms are not only beautiful but thoughtfully designed. Ours had a strong heater and a cozy fireplace, which kept us perfectly warm at night. The resort sits on a huge compound filled with herbs, vegetables, and greenery, making it feel like a peaceful sanctuary. At night, you can see a blanket of stars right from your deck. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh ingredients (many from their own gardens). They provide a free shuttle to city center until 6:30 pm, and taxis are easy to arrange afterward. What makes this resort truly special is its genuine commitment to sustainability. Powered in part by solar energy, the resort treats and recycles its own water, maintains a plastic-free policy, and follows a zero-mile dining philosophy with ingredients sourced from its own organic gardens and greenhouses. The glamping-style tents are designed to blend with the landscape and minimize environmental impact, while community programs support local education, healthcare, and artisan crafts. It’s a place where comfort, culture, and care for the land come together seamlessly. Even TIME listed it as one of the world’s greatest places to stay!We left feeling rested, well-fed, and inspired.

“A welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of town”

Stunning setting in well maintained, attractive gardens. A lot of money has clearly been spent on the high quality ‘lodges’ and dining room. A fun hour was spent in the hot tub/sauna alongside the fast flowing river. Free shuttle service to this out of town location, though we did enjoy a downhill, 30 minute stroll into the centre.

The location, just about 10 minutes from Ollantaytambo, is simply breathtaking. The setting alone is worth booking a stay at this property. The eco-friendly design, featuring tented cottages, and the thoughtfully landscaped garden, with plants that blend seamlessly into the stunning surroundings, create an atmosphere of pure serenity. The attention to detail in the nighttime lighting adds to the charm, making this hotel a true work of art. Absolutely incredible!

it was a lovely stay. the staff is super kind, helpful and respectful. The food was organic and well cooked. it is not in the center of Ollantaytambo but quite close. one day we walked to the town and it was a nice walk and then returned into those little and colorful motocabs which you can find all around the town.
