Location was good, not too close to the center to hear the noise and not too far to walk. The view was very nice. And the breakfast buffet included some yummy mini pancakes with lots of fruit options and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Super friendly and the breakfast was great. Lived the location and the patio outside our room was really nice.

“Good stay at Intitambo Hotel”

The hotel was at nice location inside old Inca ruins of Ollantaytambo. It is a small B&B run quite efficiently. Nice selection in buffet breakfast. The hotel staff is flexible to accommodate small changes, eg we requested for boiled eggs one day instead of standard scrambled eggs in the buffet and the staff obliged. The hotel arranges tutkuk service for local travel and it is very convenient. The hotel has a nice view of Ollantaytambo Archaelogical ruins from its terrace. The owner couple is very friendly and goes out of way to make it comfortable for their guests. The hotel is inside the old Inca ruins and access to the hotel with heavy luggage is quite a challenge. The cab will drop the guest at the bottom of an old staircase and it is a 3 floor climb on ancient stone staircase. Our driver helped us with our heavy suitcases, but it was quite a climb. While checking out, I had asked the hotel to get a tuktuk to transport our luggage to the cab. The tuktuk made 2 trips to transport our luggage and our party of 3 adults. I would recommend that guest coming to the hotel ask the hotel to get a tuktuk for transporting luggage and the guests from the road to the hotel. It costs just 20 Soles for 2 trips.

“Beautiful views and warm hospitality”

We had a corner room with a magnificent mountain view from three sides and a large terrace where we enjoyed the scenery every day. The staff were helpful and quick to respond. They arranged our transfers between Cusco and the hotel at a reasonable price, with scenic stops in the Sacred Valley. The driver didn’t speak English but was kind and reliable. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the main square and about 15 minutes to the train station.

“Lovely hotel”

Lovely hotel, very comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, and organized for us a tour to perolniyoc waterfall and transfer to Cusco. Breakfast was great.

The room was clean and had an amazing view. The staff was very friendly. The laundry service worked very well. We also liked breakfast.

“Amazing stay in Ollantaytambo”

The location is breathtaking, the hotel is in the Inca historic town of Ollantaytambo, surrounded by amazing mountains which could be viewed from the shared terrace and our room window. The room got a bit cold at night but they provided very thick blankets. Breakfast was basic but good, with a very early starting time (6am) for those that were leaving on daytrips. We were also able to do the laundry at the hotel which was very useful. Just be mindful that if you have a suitcase you will have to carry it to the hotel as the streets are cobblestone.

Good view from the balcony room but a couple of flights of stairs to get there. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is small but adequate. Breakfast was simple, limited but qas enough to get us going for the day

“Amazing place!”

We loved it all! The staff was so friendly, breakfast was delicious, and location couldn't be better. it was just far enough away from the craziness of the plaza, but easy walking distance to everything. We got the nicer corner room which was fantastic, had it's own little nook that looked out into the town.

The location is unbeatable. If you book a room on the top floor (you need to be able to manage stairs) then you have the most stunning and breathtaking views in all directions. You are looking right at the main Incan sites in the Sacred Valley. You are a short walk away from the central plaza with lots of options for food and drink. The staff are lovely and so helpful and friendly. Filtered water is always available in the dining area along with hot water and cocoa leaves. WiFi in room was excellent. Facilities are simple but well done. Breakfast was basic but delicious.

Staff were kind and welcoming, gave me a heater for my room for the cold nights. Food was good and rooms were well cleaned.

“Best view of Ollantaytambo”

Very nice staff. The room was super cute and had the most amazing view I've ever seen. Breakfast was perfect. The only complaints are that there was no heat. The rooms were cold and the beds were not super comfortable. They should invest in a few more pillows.

Front desk staff are very friendly. Packed breakfast when we leave early in the morning. Hotel helped us arrange a driver/tour guide (sacred valley) - Carlos, very nice, high recommended.
