Overview
Eureka Lodge is located downtown of Ollantaytambo village, just 15 meters from the main tourist attraction of the town and 08 minutes walking distance from the train station to Machupicchu. We offer rooms overlooking the flowered garden and the Archaeological Site of Ollantaytambo. Rooms at Eureka Lodge have hand-woven decorative blankets and classical wooden floors. All offer ensuite bathrooms, and some have large windows which allow plenty of natural light. Our tour desk can arrange guided tours and multi days hiking tours in the region. The Restaurant features originals Inca stonework walls and wooden benches, and servers original cuisine. A delicious breakfast with Natural and fresh orange juice, toast, and jams is served daily. Additional facilities at Eureka Lodge include a living room with Tv and a handy 24-hour front desk. Guests can also make use of the laundry room for an extra.

“Amazing! You would love it for sure”
I am so happy I picked this hotel. We traveled around Peru for 2 weeks but this hotel was our favorite. It has a soul. The bed super comfortable. Many small details in the room make it cozy and comfortable. The breakfast is super fresh and the orange juice is natural, not from the bottle. They met us very late at night after the train. And allowed to leave the luggage the next day while we were exploring the town. Thanks to the host for all the love they put into this space 🥰

“Beautiful cosy Lodge in a fabulous location.”
Eureka Lodge was a great place to stay! Beautiful stonework lodging with an Incan vibe, decorated to suit the local heritage. This family - operated business was warm and welcoming, Miguel & Mayte always available in person or via Whatsapp. The room (202) had comfortable clean beds, linen and pillows and a glimpse of the Ollantaytambo Archeological site. Breakfast provided was fresh and nutritious- one of the best we've had in Peru! The location was amazing - situated right at the base of the ruins. We loved having our morning coffee gazing at the Archeological site, watching the clouds move across the surrounding mountains while the sound of water trickled through the ancient aquaducts. Pure bliss! Many cafes and food options are available nearby and a quick 5-10min walk to the main plaza. Eureka Lodge is nestled in a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood.

Beds were comfortable, room was well equiped. Street is very pretty and quiet. Hotel is located right next to the Inca ruines. The hosts were very welcoming, nice and caring. The breakfast served was absolutly delicious.

“Absolute steal in the heart of ollantaytambo”
The staff are SO lovely here, they were so thoughtful and helpful as we arrived with a tonne of damaged wet belongings from a flood in our previous hostel. They went out of their way to help us and the location is PERFECT. Couldn’t be more in the centre of things right next to the archeological site.
