“Beautiful place in Limonta”

This is a wonderful place to spend a vacation in! It is located by the Como lake but in a small town that is not so touristy which was an advantage for us. Terrace and the view from it was perfect. Distance to Bellagio by car is approx 10 minutes but you can also take the ferry from Limonta :) Views of the Como lake and the mountains were the most beautiful that we've seen! Contact with Marzia was great, she was very helpful, thank you! I highly recommend it.

“Great view, cozy stay”

The house is very cozy and clean, with a wonderful full view of Lake Como. It’s also very close to Bellagio center. Marzia, who welcomed us, was very kind and friendly.

The view on the lake is astonishing! House is nice and pretty, and the agent Marzia was very kind:) Hope to be there again!

“Great view but ...”

The view is the biggest selling point of the apartment. This what makes the price tag. We were welcomed and provided with the most essential information about the location. The table tennis in the basement is a great extra for free time.

Host is very friendly and the villa is amazing and well maintained. She offered us lots of help around the area as well, its 8 min to Bellagio and we enjoyed the view from the garden and the room balcony. Everything was neat and in order, we highly recommend for lake Como area. Free parking next to villa, few nearby supermarkets. We wish we can stay longer.

“Nice place to stay in Bellagio area”

Very spacious semi-detached house (twin house) on two floors with a basement with solid wood furniture made somewhere in the early 90s , but still very nice and well maintained. In general the house is luxurious even though a little dated. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything. The host Marzia was very nice and helpful. The location of the house is in a very well maintained neighbourhood (rich people with nice houses). There is a great view to the lake and the mountains. It is close to a small beach 100 m away, and the village is close to Bellagio, which is the center of Como's tourist area with a lot of boat/ ferry connections.

Excellent view, from a small balcony. Great location. Free on street parking. Good place for a family stay. Rooms had Air Conditioning Outdoor BBQ.

“All was perfect”

Host Marzia is amazing, very caring, polite and helpful woman. She provided us with all the info regarding the village and neighborhoods, even helped us taking us to Bellagio when it was necessary (we didn’t have car).

“Charming, spacious house with a beautiful view”

Amazing view especially from the master bedroom. We had a great first interaction with Marzia, who helped us check in. The house was big and felt spacious, it would be very suitable for a family of 4-5. They also had a pingpong table which was fun, and a washing machine that came in handy. The location of the property was great, only 10 minutes drive to the centre of Bellagio which is where the action is.
