The apartment is nice. Parking is greatly appreciated in this area. The room sizes are good and it has some really nice pieces of furniture. The owner has done a good job of trying to provide everything you could need. The fruit, the water and fizz on arrival are a nice touch. An issue with a non working fan when we arrived was very swiftly resolved. WhatsApp communication is very good.

Specious, Clean and well prepared place for holidays at Como lake. You will find everything needed for a holiday stay, if something is missing - more than sure owners will help to solve problem. WiFi - working correctly. BBQ place on the terrace, morning coffee same place with lake view + snowy mountains (east side, sun in the morning) Propietors are fantastic people, Extraordinary friendly, responsive and helpful. We had a possibility to harvest fresh rucola from thier garden ;-) Ferry transporation 3 min walk (ferry to Bellagio) bus stop (bellagio-lecco) next to the Villa. 7 min drive to Bellagio where you can takes car ferries to (Varenna, Menaggio or Candenabia) Very convenience place to explore LARIO. However car is recommended - specially spot for the car in the garage will be waiting for you. Roads are very narrow, no sidewalk - watch out. Definitely, I would recommend place and people. Perfect location to get to all most popular cities, for example Bellagio is 5min drive away :) The apartment has Beautiful view to Como lake. It is big and has everything you will need. The host is very helpful and will suggest best places to go etc. We really enjoyed our stay! :)

We are happy that we rented an apartment in this place. This is a very cool location and very beautiful with amazing views of the lake and the villa. Good transport accessibility, there is a bus stop at the house in Bellagio and Lecco. And a boat stop. You can get to bellagio in 5-7 minutes by transport. We sometimes walked, the road covers 50 minutes of Bellagio. The view along the way is very beautiful. The apartments have everything for a comfortable stay. 2 full rooms: bedroom and hall. There is also a large kitchen and a cute balcony. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning. Magnificent host. Met us with a bottle of champagne, was always in touch and helped us get comfortable. We recommend this apartment to everyone!
