“Peaceful stay with an amazing view”

Amazing stay! The host was very friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The area was quiet and relaxing, and the view was absolutely amazing! We would definitely recommend this place to others and would happily stay here again!

The flat is very well equipped with everything you need. The view is stunning in the living room and main bedroom. There is even a Prosecco bottle in the fridge to welcome you.

The view is fantastic, the owners are very caring,.In apartment everything is prepared for your confortable stay. In 5 min walk you can reach cafes , and boat station. We liked a lot.

The neighbours on the first floor of the house we’re really quiet and it seemed like they weren’t there at all. The backyard was very clean and nice and the house was also good looking from the outside. The owner was really helpful.

My partner and I had the most incredible stay at this stunning apartment in Lake Como. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home in this stylish, modern, and extremely comfortable space. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need—and more. However, the true highlight of this apartment is, without a doubt, the breathtaking view. Whether the weather was clear and sunny or cloudy with rain, the scenery remained absolutely spectacular. We spent countless hours on the balcony, day and night, soaking in the picturesque beauty of the lake and surrounding mountains. The location was also perfect—secluded enough to offer peace and quiet, yet just a short drive from the main towns, making it ideal for exploring both tourist spots and local gems. We loved that there were 4-5 great restaurants nearby, and the lake was just a 2-minute walk if we fancied a swim. Our hosts, Larysa and her husband, were exceptional. Their attention to detail and personable check-ins to ensure we had everything we needed made our stay even more special. They provided great suggestions for things to do in the area, and their hospitality truly went above and beyond. We absolutely plan on returning. This was the perfect getaway, and I can’t recommend it enough. You won’t be disappointed!

Larysa is a very friendly host and everything worked out perfectly and we felt perfectly looked after at all times. The apartment is beautiful and the view is an absolute dream. It also should be hightlighted that the apartment was perfectly clean.

Amazing stay ! The apartment is so comfortable, well equipped and with a stunning view ! The beds are very comfortable as well. Easily comparable to 5 star hotel. Larysa is a super host who cares a lot about the details and remains available any time. We were here with our 2,5 years old son and it was a perfect setup. The location is very convenient as well. In a quiet area 5min walk to the lake and 15min drive to reach Bellagio. I can only recommend it !

The view and how clean it was.

modern flat. very clean and tidy. very nice 360 view over lake como and surrounding mountains from multiple balconies in the flat air conditioning in every room was great in hot summer days there is coffee machine, microwave, oven and washing machine the owner was very helpful and kind close distance by car to Bellagio tourist attractions and Lecco town for shopping. highly recommended

“Wonderful apartment on Lake Como”

What a beautiful apartment with the most astounding view over Lake Como. We spent hours just relaxing on the balcony and soaking up the view, and enjoying the amazing comforts that the apartment had to offer. It is beautifully furnished and the owners went to great lengths to make sure our stay was comfortable- there was fresh fruit, all the basics such as oil, coffee, sugar etc. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was a superb bonus in the August heat. We have noticed that other apartments might say they have air conditioning but really it’s just one machine that barely works. This apartment has modern air conditioning in every room which meant a much more comfortable stay. The apartment itself is in a good location, only a few minutes walk down to a stony beach on the lake, which wasn’t as busy as some of the others we saw. There are bars and restaurants in walking distance and one serves fresh bread and a small selection of groceries which meant that we could get fresh bread for breakfast. Larysa must be the best apartment host we have ever met. She was there to greet us on arrival and at check out and communicated with us throughout the stay with ideas of places to visit. Her local knowledge about parking spots and places to see on the lake was very helpful and she went to great lengths to help us with a tricky parking situation one evening. Thanks so much, we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Lake Como!

Not only was it impeccably clean, but it was also equipped with everything we could possibly need. Larysa, the owner, was always readily available to address any inquiries or provide assistance. I firmly believe our journey was successful because we chose this apartment as our starting point. Larysa paid attention to even the most minor details, and I am grateful for her understanding and assistance with our early morning check-in and her efforts during our check-out.

The host was very approachable and kind. The apartment is in a good location. When making the reservation, I did not indicate that we needed a crib for the baby, but the hosts brought us one.

Amazing location. A short drive to Bellagio's centre where the ferries to the other towns depart. The view is stunning. We arrived late at night, and in the morning, we were astonished by the spectacular lake scene. The apartment is beautiful, modern, comfortable, and brand new. It has all the amenities (nice shower, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, furniture to enjoy at the terraces, smart TVs, WIFI, laundry room, parking space). The property is so dreamy that one night, we decided to stay and cook instead of going out for dinner, and we enjoyed a delicious meal on the terrace. The owners are a lovely couple, determined to give their guests the best experience and make them feel at home. They paid attention to every detail, welcoming us with a "Happy Anniversary" note and some treats. They shared great recommendations (from where to eat to what to visit) and supplied printed maps and guides with notes and tips. We are already dreaming about coming back.

The location was very good with a fantastic view, everything in the apartment was new and we had all we needed. I will come back here for sure, because I really enjoyed my stay. The beach is very close (3 minutes walk), if you come by car you have a private garage. There are also 2 restaurants very close.
