We received a very warm welcome from Leonardo who is clearly and justifiably enthusiastic about his home area on Lake Como . The pictures cannot do justice to the views from the apartment as it is the peaceful atmosphere and proximity to nature whilst standing in the balcony that makes them so special . The location is fantastic , so close to ferry stop and bus stop , local shop and bar/ restaurant . We were greeted by friendly smiles wherever we wandered in this delightful village . Thank you ☺️

We had a great stay! The property was excellent, great location, very clean, and peaceful. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and the lake view was absolutely stunning – we loved waking up to it every morning. Great location and atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location and view

“Stunning views”

The location is great - a charming, peaceful, small village. It's just a 10-minute drive to Bellagio. The apartment is nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. The view is stunning - especially early in the morning! A+ for the hosts - both Serena and Leonardo are so nice and helpful. They recommend some nice places and restaurants, answered all our questions.

The apartment is in a great location. You can see the lake from the bathroom. Every day we could admire a new face of the lake and the mountains.

We had a wonderful time here. The host was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The best part was the location – absolutely breathtaking views of the lake right from the property. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The location is absolutely stunning. Truly, the views of the lake, mountains and harbour from the apartment are surely unbeatable, even against some of the more prestigious sites elsewhere along the lake. From inside, it looks as though you are on water as you cannot always see the space between the apartment and the shoreline. The property is wonderfully renovated and everything feels like new. Even the shutters are advanced compared to the locals! A really nice feel to the place and it has been improved to a high standard. You can see and feel that a lot has been invested in the apartment. The air-conditioning was superb and saved our holiday from being a disaster! This certainly made our holiday so much more enjoyable as we experienced nearly 8 days of temperatures averaging around 30°C! My wife and I are from the UK and we wouldn't usually 'seek the sun', but we visited this part of Italy to attend a wedding. We decided to make it a week occasion but couldn't believe how hot it was. Even the locals agreed that it is not usually this warm, for that long! Therefore, the AC in the apartment actually became a talking point and how grateful we were to have such a good system. Thank you for installing this feature, I can assure any future travellers that this will only improve your time in the apartment if you experience warm weather like we did. The shop up the hill is a must (especially their pizza's) and the pharmacy also helped on one occasion. The restaurant next door to the apartment is very nice, and they respect the locals by not being too loud. The ferry service was super convenient for our day trip to Bellagio and it was bang on time. Highly recommended. Overall, the apartment was clean and inviting on arrival. The host we met (Luigi) was very friendly and helpful with messages through the app. He advised us to see a firework display on the 10th of August (St Lawrence's Day), and it was a highlight of our week.

Perfect quiet location on the waterfront away from the busy tourist towns. Good restaurants nearby, a little shop 100m away selling enough to keep you going. The little cafeteria downstairs next to the church has really good coffee, opens at 9am…… my mornings with a coffee sat watching the beautiful lake were lovely.

“Amazing”

The apartment is clean and cute with attention to details, and has all the things you may need for living. Opens up with a code which we found rather comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped (not every appartment has a dishwasher, this one does and that was a big advantage for us). We appreciated that the owners support separate collection of waste. The bed is comfy and wide enough for two people and it was amazing to wake up to a beautiful view of the lake. Besides there's a separate garden with a lemon tree, some herbs and a table where you can have a peaceful breakfast with a view. If you are teavelling by car there's a parking lot right next to the appartment which was comfortable as we had lots of bags with us. It was very kind of the owners to leave some information about the nearest places where you can eat and all in all some advice on how to spend your time by the lake. All in all the appartment met our expectations and we were fully satisfied with our stay. There's a restaurant on the ground floor of the building, boat rent and a ferry that may take you to Bellagio. The place itself is super nice for people who are seeking for some peace of mind and wsnt to avoid the crowd. And if you have a car you can go pretty much everywhere and enjoy the views, go hiking, cycling or just seat by the lake watching ducks swimmings right next to your apparentment. Special thanks to Leonardo, the host, who was super helpful and attentive, figured out how to solve the issue with the internet connection as we needed to make work calls during our stay and all in all a very polite man. Would we stay here again? Definitely yes!

Lovely, great location. Was able to park my motorcycle in the courtyard. Water immediately outside. Very easy to get to the ferry terminal. Nice and clean inside. Great facilities

Great view to the lake! Small balcony, you can put a chair. The big one appartement (55m) was a little smaller than we expected and with a big stairs inside but everything was there. Very comfortable sofa with a real mattress. Four of us accommodated with no problem. Parking is right next to the house, quite narrow, but near the church is also a free one.

Perfect location. Luigi was a great host and met us earlier than we were supposed to check in, explaining how everything worked. The apartment was fabulous with such a stunning view of the lake. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Thanks to the very helpful and kind host, we would be very happy to come back one day! The apartment is spacious and has an incredible view to the lake. Everything was clean, comfortable, and made our stay a real pleasure. We quickly started feeling like at home at Domus Graziana.
