No breakfast was included. The host was very friendly helpful and we had a perfect stay easy to find from motorway and near supermarkets and shops

“A good stopover on a long journey.”
The room is very modern and spacious with a good shower, sitting area and very new bed. A nice room overlooking the garden with plenty of parking just outside the property.
