“A cosy, charming apartment in a gorgeous historic town.”
The property was charming and cosy. It was well equipped and accessible. The town is beautiful. We would have stayed longer if it weren’t booked out.

“Perfect home from home”
This place felt like home and I loved eating my meals on the balcony with the hustle and bustle of the town below plus the view of the castle. I ended up booking an extra night Dog fee is €20 per night

“Cute, fabulous little spot”
We are two self-catering 70+ year olds from Australia travelling around Portugal and Spain for a couple of months.The apartment has the whole of the first floor facing the square with 4 windows and two balconies. The front door suggests strong medieval overtones but once inside the apartment it’s a different world. One of the balconies is covered and it’s really nice to sit in the afternoon sun with a cup of tea and/or have breakfast in the morning, The apartment has everything you need plus a few supplies for breakfast. It is well furnished with a big table, a beautiful glass cabinet and cute kitchen complete with kettle and kitchen roll and lots of great sharp knives. The bathroom has toiletries provided and there is a lovely welcome basket with coffee pods, pastries and sweets, It is a charming place right in the centre of things with some lovely homely touches reminiscent of a French home. We felt right at home here and although it was only one night we enjoyed our stay,
